I offer individual therapy designed to help you process challenges, build resilience, and nurture self-compassion. I most often work with accomplished, high-functioning adults whose lives may look stable on the outside, but who can no longer ignore how past trauma shows up: feeling in stuck in the fight/flight/freeze mode, emotional numbness, irritability and lashing out, compulsive control or overthinking, or staying in familiar but harmful relationships that reinforce the painful belief “I’m not enough.” Often they’ve reached a point of relative safety and stability where survival mode has eased, however the memories they had to suppress in order to survive are finally surfacing, and they’re ready to do something about it.

As a therapist, I offer a compassionate, trauma informed and culturally aware approach that draws from a suite of therapeutic modalities such as EMDR and Mindfulness Based-CBT, along with emotion-regulation and somatic skills to help you feel safe in your body, trust your intuition, and replace self-denying beliefs with kinder, more adaptive ones.
